Here is another shot of the aft portlight detail.  Earl said that when he replaced the lenses there were the cut outs for drains from the original opening portlights.  As an interesting side note, if you go to the shot of  Mystere you will note the solid portlights aft.  This was only done on hull no. 1 as Charlie Morgan thought that the plexi glass would not be strong enough in a heavy seaway and thus the change to larger portlights in the after two on each side.
